Terrible experience here. I must have called 20 times and left over 5 voice mails in the span of the 15 days my car was here and never heard back until the day my car was ready. I enjoy bringing my car Southwest Kia dealership. The staff is very polite and treat me with great respect. Hello, I am happy to have Kia service my car, however, I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Until you get that fixed I will not be back.
