Very disappointed in the actual customer service. I was outside sitting next to a guy with his dog and they were offered water several times and not me. The dog got at least two bottles of water. Dealership had my car for a week and still didn't fix one of the items on the list. I had to make a 2nd trip because both of my fobs were not synced. Came in only for a recall. Took a few calls and a couple of visits to make sure the parts were in stock. Never received a call back to let me know they were in. Southwest Kia in Rockwall where I actually live refused to make an appointment for this recall repair so I drove to Mesquite 3 times to get this done. Communication goes a long way, especially when you get a notice that this defect can cause your vehicle to catch on fire! I’ve always had great service at the Mesquite location and I understand times are a little difficult but all it takes is a quick phone call or text for updates. More
