Friendly. Didn’t complete all agreed service steps. I went to another auto service to do finish the service. KIA service Dept didn’t attend to my vehicle for at least 5 days , then when I was pressed for went to another auto service to do finish the service. KIA service Dept didn’t attend to my vehicle for at least 5 days , then when I was pressed for time the service advisor attempted to over-charge severely. After correction of quote still very expensive. Car wash department is excellent and it by itself deserved 5 stars. Will not return for service or repair. More
