Southwest Kia Mesquite - Service Center

My car has been there two times recently. . First time for 10 days. Second was to check it out again. My car is still running horrible. Was told to bring it back for a couple of days to leave my car. I am extremely upset by the by the way I have been treated by your Ashley in the service department but most of all about my car not being repaired. I have so much more than needs to be said. I thought they would be more friendly and have more of a professional approach. Difficult to understand what the staff said due to masks, especially if they spoke softly or lazily.
