They were able to get the car in service quickly. I had the oil changed and the SRS light was on . Great service but it took so long I was there for 4 in a half hours. I was told that they were short on techs so hopefully next time they will have enough text to perform the work half hours. Responsive to calls, easy process. Manager & sales worked with me to get me where I wanted to be. Bad service, June-present car is still not fixed1st Bad service, June-present car is still not fixed 1st appointment took 2 weeks, when I got there they said I did not have appointment, they looked at Bad service, June-present car is still not fixed 1st appointment took 2 weeks, when I got there they said I did not have appointment, they looked at call & ordered part, said they would call when part came in, no call back, called parts department said part was taken off back order and would be there in 2 days, made appointment 2 weeks wait, got there and left car for repair, they called 2 hours later and told me to come and pick up car, the part did NOT come in, so they reordered part, don’t know if the car will ever get fixed. This is a 40 mile round trip every time I have had to take car in. Car only has a little over 8000 miles, it should not need this kind of service to start with. More
