I am a new car owner and Southwest Kia made me feel that way from start to finish. Everyone was nice and showed much interest in what I was looking for and helped me find it right away and drove out with my way from start to finish. Everyone was nice and showed much interest in what I was looking for and helped me find it right away and drove out with my new Kia Forte the same day (which rarely ever happens). The facility was clean and neat as well as the employees. The price was right on the money in my opinion and I would most definately recommend Southwest Kia to any who are looking to get in a new or used ride of their dreams. More
My wife and I were in need (she was in need) of a good used vehicle. We had found a few on-line deals which took us to Southwest KIA. We were met by Erica, she is thoughtful and knowledgeable about the used vehicle. We had found a few on-line deals which took us to Southwest KIA. We were met by Erica, she is thoughtful and knowledgeable about the KIA’s and the product she represents. Even after heading to another dealer we went back to Erica and closed the deal. No mess; no fuss…got through financing without any issues and drove home in our Sorento. Great place and great people. More
I have never experienced such horrible customer service before visiting this dealership. I was given the run around. I tried to contact them by phone and email and I never got a proper response back. When before visiting this dealership. I was given the run around. I tried to contact them by phone and email and I never got a proper response back. When I tried to do a follow just to be sure, I was once again lied to. I would not recommend that anyone deal with this dealership!!! More
We had our own finacing. We called 3 times and asked if there was any hidden fees or anything that would change the price of a new Soul. Paul assured us that the price WAS as advertised. HE LIED! HE LIED! there was any hidden fees or anything that would change the price of a new Soul. Paul assured us that the price WAS as advertised. HE LIED! HE LIED! The price went up $2000 if we did not finance w/them. We drove 50+ on the promise that the price of the car was as advertised. Paul LIED ! There was an $500 add on fee because I was not ex-military, etc. This dealership is DISHONEST at the worst level. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I heard rumors about them and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I made a grave mistake. PAUL LIED TO US FLAT OUT ! I have NEVER been more disappointed in a person. STAY AWAY FROM SOUTWEST KIA. They are a huge RIP OFF ! ! ! ! More
They were wonderful and I bought a new rio for under 10k. The process was easy and simple. I was in and out in less then 2 hours. Theuy had ample supply of cars to choose and never felt any pressure. The deals are not that good as they say. I came in here and asked to see the $7,900 Kia Rio that I saw on the TV commercial and he kept saying "you dont want that" 10 times and I asked to see it any way an and asked to see the $7,900 Kia Rio that I saw on the TV commercial and he kept saying "you dont want that" 10 times and I asked to see it any way and he goes and tries to show me a '02 Mitsubishi Mirage (a car I didn't know that much about), and right off the bat I see that it came from New Orleans (Mits. dealer decal on trunk). I say "I know what's going on here, You are trying to put me into a flood damaged car that you know you can't sell",He told us to get off his lot if we didn't like his selection of "Quality" pre-owned vehicles. Now I don't call flood damaged vehicles very quality do you?? Anyway on the way out I see the kia and I get out and looked at it and it was really stripped!!! Stick,No A/C,No radio. Who the heck would want that?? More
