I began to notice how tired they all appeared to where they could not keep up with whether or not I have had certain services completed on my vehicle, therefore would print up a service list of items that have already been completed. Then when it was brought to their attention, they still didn't seem to understand. Clearly, they all seemed overworked, to be honest. I keep all my receipts for service, and I always used SW Kia's service center since 2005. Our vehicle has had a series of issues since day one, and I'm certain, if you read the history of the run around I experienced after purchasing this vehicle, you would readily understand why I will not, in the future purchase another Kia, however there's finally a light shining at SW Kia and it's coming from your Service Consultant, Mr. Darden. Mr. Darden displays consistent professionalism on each visit. In light of the fact this dealership has a "High Turnover" of Service Consultants, I'm pleased to see Mr. Darden is still maintaining a standard of excellence inspite of poor management. I hope this facility continues to improve. Afterall, shouldn't the dealership live up to the standard Mr. Bill Dickerson portrays Kia dealerships to be thru his television commercials? More

This was my second purchase through Southwest. I walked in and got a great price on the car I was looking at and a awesome price on my trade in. I didn't even have to play any numbers game with them.
