We had to go back in and sign some paperwork when Terry was not in the office. The lady who assisted with the paperwork on behalf of Terry put the check in the bank prior to our authorization, which, through our weekend into the gutter. In the end, the bank worked with us to straighten the issue out and everything ended up alright. More
