Southwest Kia - Dallas

Where do I start? We were looking to buy a new car, but a smart purchase. After some research, we decided to go with a 2011 Kia Optima. Southwest Kia Dallas was the dealership of our choice. Shortly after getting onto the lot, we were approached by salesman Anthony Gibson-Franklin. He was not your typical pushy salesman and he wasn’t too pitchy. He was professional and friendly and very accommodating. After we test drove the Optima, I was vocal about the exact color and interior color I wanted and thought would be a nice contrast. The car I wanted was not available on their lot, but Salesman Anthony Franklin did not allow this to hinder his sale or customer satisfactory. I was surprise when Anthony stepped away and returned stating they located the car described. I was so happy I didn’t settle and surprise I walked away with the car I described and wanted. The Southwest Kia Dallas experience was so great! The finance department was friendly and financing didn’t take long. We felt so at ease and this made the experience more exciting. The car is great! The make and model, the interior, the intricate details surely give me second looks and plenty of inquiries. The upgraded look and features are well worth it and the reviews and accolades the 2011 Kia Optima have received assures the customer they have made a great buy. She efficiently answered all my questions and after checking with her Supervisor she was able to offer me a better deal than the other Kia dealers I had inquired. Heather walked me through the process and I was able to leave the dealership with my new Kia Soul in under two hours. He was able to get me an excellent deal at Neighborhood Credit Union with an interest rate so good I didn't need GAP insurance. With only a few months to go on that note I still love the car and have had no problems with it at all. I highly recommend the KIA auto and the Southwest KIA dealership. More

Every question I had was answered, had your local sales manager did the finance numbers a few difference ways to show payment options for determining my down payment. They were willing to accommodate my request to help get me to the level of payment I wanted/needed to make. I bought my 2006 Spectra at Southwest in 2006 and when I was ready to buy another vehicle we went to Central Kia because it was 3 miles from home, Southwest is 15 miles, but we had a BAD experience with Central Kia, was not pleased at all.
