First time buyer I had a great experience at Southwest! I am a first time buyer and I did most of my research before I even stepped on the lot. I felt the salesman was very honest with my about the car I wanted to drive and ended up buying. There were some minor things wrong with the vehicle as all used cars will have, but overall the car was super clean with very low mileage for the year. I was able to take it to my own mechanic on a longer test drive and after receiving his thoughts I purchased the vehicle. Overall I had a great experience at Southwest and I would definitely recommend them. I thought that they were very reasonably priced and we're flexible with me. I'm giving four stars because I was unable to negotiate the price at all, but I still feel I got a good deal. More
