I received a letter in the mail informing me how much they would buy my truck for. So I called and spoke to James Chapman. I specifically informed him I needed to sell the truck ASAP due to financial har they would buy my truck for. So I called and spoke to James Chapman. I specifically informed him I needed to sell the truck ASAP due to financial hardships and death in the family and he told me they could honor the letter. When we got there we had to wait an hour after we had an appointment. He then made some negative remarks about my NFL team which was on called for. He totally changed everything he told me on the phone and they could not honor the letter they sent me. I guess I should've read the reviews first before I considered giving them a call. This dealership definitely is untrustworthy and horrible customer service!! More
