When we were looking at a vehicle to purchase, they were so nice and always around. Less than a month later we are having trouble with the truck and no one is around to help us out. Best sales experience ever. Julian was great. Knowledgeable, up to date on the F-150 technology. Answered all my questions. Fransisco was respectful of my time as well. Knowledgeable, up to date on the F-150 technology. Answered all my questions. Fransisco was respectful of my time as well. More
Buying a Ford means family. They’re always helpful and try hard to make me feel at ease with whatever issues may arise. The waiting area is comfortable enough. try hard to make me feel at ease with whatever issues may arise. The waiting area is comfortable enough. More
A very difficult thing to know how I should entirely feel. However I've decided to wait awhile and then see what I remember. First, was the fact that I bought my car. Whether I got a good deal or not I feel. However I've decided to wait awhile and then see what I remember. First, was the fact that I bought my car. Whether I got a good deal or not I may never truly know. However originally I came for a used car and I then told the sales person my monthly price range, he then brings me to vehicles that had a higher monthly price range, which I had assumed would happened regardless however that was strike one, not telling me beforehand that the monthly price I had mention was too low, I assume the salesman did not want me to immediately go away. I will say he at least did his best in his effort to bring in keys to cars that would be near my monthly price range, although it was another 50 dollars more than I said I was comfortable with, during a very hot December. You know months before the freeze happen. Eventually the topic came up of the price of other vehicles specifically a new car, already this is out of my field but it wasn't the salesman who mentioned about new cars. Reasons I won't explain I bought a new car, but I completely forgot one very important thing. I live in Texas. And we have sales tax or whatever tax the dealership passes on to me I forget. So my monthly payment becames another $100 more dollars but I can't really fault the salesman on the increase of the monthly payment since it was a new car but it wasn't until we needed to sign the paperwork that I will issue strike two for not mentioning that the payment he is showing me is still not the real payment I will end up having. They never mention taxes. But next time I will at least be better prepared and hopefully buy a new car or perhaps a new truck with the taxes in mind when I tell them what I would like to have as a monthly payment. They at least worked with me in getting a car, even if I was just choosing the same model but having trouble choosing a color. I swear, I hated having to stay in the parking lot while the salesman and my "advisors" stare at me as I chose between black and a grey black for probably 5 to ten minutes. Overall, I did not get to take my car same day since I was never told first time buyers of new cars needed full coverage insurance in order for the new car to leave the lot. Because it took about 5 hours from meeting the salesman to getting the financing done, the dealership was closing and I know had to get insurance. I went back to the dealership next day after getting insurance and all was done, just letting reality sync in the rest of the day More
Poor customer service. Lady who answered phone at repairs said had to wait up to 2 weeks just to get my car checked. Then when I told the guy that is why I bought a new car so I don't have to worry about rep said had to wait up to 2 weeks just to get my car checked. Then when I told the guy that is why I bought a new car so I don't have to worry about repairs right away he said you've had for 2 years already. I said really its suppose to work fine only up to 2 years. More
