They told us we were not communicating and therefore committing a felony when we could not provide the information they needed in the unreasonable timeframe. Then followed with “I’m not trying to argue so don’t argue with me.” Not to mention they told us they don’t care if we like the car they are just trying to sell us one. We got screwed over, big time! !! We bought a truck and the dealership offered us a “3 year warranty” which included the transmission (we made sure it had this option cause you neve !! After having the truck for a month it started making a weird noise so we took it back and they said we needed a new transmission and that the warranty only covers $2,500 of the transmission and we still had a remaining balance owed over $3k . When I asked why isn’t it fully covered(that was the whole reason why we bought the warranty) we were told different items have limits and the warranty is actually only $5,000 in total. (Meaning if we used the full $5k of the warranty the first month we are basically screwed the other 2years11months because it’s not actually a full coverage for 3 years. You only get up to $5k in 3years) That was NEVER explained to us or else not only would we have not bought the warranty but we wouldn’t have gotten the truck either. What a joke of a “warranty”. We’ve also had 2 instances already where the truck had to be there for a repair and they tell us they will give us a loaner car and never actually do! We bought this truck cause my husband needs it for work. Now we have no truck, no loaner car, and they want us to spend more money after we bought a $33k truck from them. We were supposed to take it on a trip next week that we will probably have to cancel now. We asked them if they can cover it since they were dishonest about the warranty and we only had it a few weeks and they won’t. This place is a do and say whatever they can to get you to buy the car but doesn’t care what happens to you once you sign the papers. If you want a reliable car with honest salesman I would stay FAR FAR away from this place!! More
Buyer Beware: My 2022 Tesla Model 3 Nightmare from Southtowne Mitsubishi I was thrilled when I purchased my 2022 Tesla Model 3 from Southtowne Mitsubishi. I was assured by the seller that the car h Southtowne Mitsubishi I was thrilled when I purchased my 2022 Tesla Model 3 from Southtowne Mitsubishi. I was assured by the seller that the car had a clean Carfax report and a clean title, which gave me confidence in my purchase. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration. After a minor accident where my neighbor hit my driver's side door, I took the car to a reputable repair shop. To my shock, they discovered that the entire front end of the vehicle, including the hood, fenders, and headlights, had been replaced and repainted. They also informed me that the front bumper had been replaced as well. This revelation completely contradicted the seller's claims and made me question the entire history of the car. The surprises didn't end there. Upon further inspection, the repair shop also noticed that the rear bumper had been replaced and that there were three separate areas on the car where the paint was peeling: the rear bumper, the driver's side door, and the edge of the hood. This further solidified my belief that the car had been in a significant accident and that the repairs were poorly done. I feel deceived and misled by Southtowne Mitsubishi. If I had known about the extensive repairs, the replaced front and rear bumpers, and the peeling paint, I would have never purchased the car. The fact that this information was withheld from me is unacceptable. This experience has made me lose trust in Southtowne Mitsubishi and has raised serious concerns about the transparency and honesty of their business practices. I would advise anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle to be extremely cautious and to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making a decision. I am deeply disappointed with my experience and would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Southtowne Mitsubishi. I have tried contacting them to find out what my options are; however, they have not been willing to own up to their mistakes. I am now exploring legal options to resolve this issue. More
I went with my daughter at the end of May to buy her a car she saw online. Derek was her salesman and he is a kind and genuine guy. The car my daughter initially saw needed a lot of work. Derek took the time to show her cars in her price range and had a lot of patience answering our questions. While looking in the parking lot I saw a car that I always wanted and between Derek and Jesse they were able to get me a price I was comfortable with. That night we bought 2 cars from Southtowne Mitsubishi! Both cars needed some minor work. I didn't hear from them so I called Derek to ask abut our service and he connected us with John. John in the service department was very apologetic for the delay and everything was taken care of with no complaints. More
We bought a 2-year-old car last september. I know it’s on us because we didn’t discover it before we bought the car. It did actually show it on the advertisment. I took it back to them and they wouldn’t help even a little, with the $2000 repair. I also realize that they didn’t do what they agreed to do. In our deal I asked for a full tank of gas as it was nearly empty. When we took the delivery of the car, they filled it to a little over half a tank. A few days ago, I got to thinking about their lack of service and thought that since the car didn’t have a sticker showing when the oil needed changing, I would be pro-active and get the oil changed to be on the safe side. When I took it to my preferred place to get serviced, they told me that the oil was dirty, low and badly needed changing. I asked them to put premium oil in and with all the services they quoted me a price of $174.00. The license plate holders that had their name on them are not on my car because I wouldn’t want to advertise them in any way. Even though they have many cars on their lot, new and used, I think they would want to insure they were in good condition to make buyers happy...including servicing so that the new owners wouldn't get any surprises. They were our best friends until we signed the paper work including the "as is" disclaimer. I admit that we are old and probably a little inexperienced at dealing with people of this caliber. Just saying buyer beware! More

I have a credit rating over 800 and have not had a late payment in the last 2o years on any of my bills. Be sure to verify when they will be paying off your trade so that you avoid having an issue with getting a late payment on your credit report, More
The service department was outstanding. I had an unusual problem with my 2024 Eclipse Cross. All the guys worked together. John & Jordan were great. Turned out Adam was the genius tech guy! My first time ever submitting a review for any business much less a dealership, however I feel like in these times people that are looking to make a new or used car purchase would save time and money going much less a dealership, however I feel like in these times people that are looking to make a new or used car purchase would save time and money going to South Towne Mitsubishi first. CJ and Pace were so professional and most importantly knew exactly what I was looking for, I will definitely be a return customer. May take a few years because I have a newer and much nicer vehicle than the one I was looking at based on the 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that was literally pennies on the dollar thanks to Mason negotiating (with out my knowledge) for a lower cost! My new/used certified Range Rover is so nice. I wish South Towne Mitsubishi was around years ago when I was being low balled on my trade in's and taken advantage of by other dealers over the years. Nice to finally see a dealership that works on ethical principals where the buyer does not end up with buyers remorse. Very nice job!! More
