I previously owned a 2018 sonata but for my birthday in july i wanted to upgrade to the 2020, went into dealership and Tim was my sales associate. Very knowledgeable regarding the sales process. The car buying process was great, however it stops there. You would think you would get better service especially when dealing with a so called interenet manager "Sakil".
