I purchased my vehicle back in October 2019. Everyone was great. My experience with anticipating a trade in this year service was poor. Even the service department. You guys have to do better. But you lost a customer that planned on purchasing all her cars and referrals to you.I will not be back. I was traveling to Florida when my car started to display red alert warnings. Luckly I was 1 exit from Southtowne Motors.
