The tech was very misleading and cocky. Does not seem to know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. I had to go to the finance manager, who actually called the warranty company where I was abl know what he is talking about when it comes to his job. He seems to be out for himself and what he can make off of the customer vs what he can do for the customer. Will not be back! More
