Southtowne Chevrolet worked with us as a walk-in customer on a Saturday when the check engine light came on and we needed the vehicle for travel the following day. I was forced to take my vehicle in for service due the smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few mor smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few more days to repair it. It was discovered that I had a fuel injection leak and Preston kept me informed via email and phone about the work that had to be performed. My family will forever be grateful for the diligence Preston and the Southtowne Family exerted to make sure this issue was fixed. We no longer smell gasoline inside our vehicle and it has been three days of me driving the vehicle, and I have not had to use my asthma inhaler because of the smell of gasoline. I also wish to THANK William who released my vehicle to me while Preston was at lunch. His humor is infectious and he knew exactly where to go to retrieve my paperwork during Preston's absence. I loved seeing this company run like a well oiled machine. Again, I wish to say THANK YOU for fixing my vehicle. Your professionalism is immeasurable. More

Although customer service was great but actual service to my car was just sloppy. My tires were suppose to be checked and rotated. Air in tires was not at the level stated by GM for my car. They were a lot less and I am having to get someone to put the proper amount in my tires. Also the person who did my oil change did not remove the old sticker from the previous oil change. They just stuck another new sticker on the window beside the old one, sloppy. They provided a carwash but did not vacuum or wipe down the inside. (I removed all items from inside the car so they would not have to move anything.) This was the first time my service at this dealership was just plain sloppy. Hopefully they do better moving forward. More
I can't say enough how Van in service takes care of his customers. GM sold me a warranty package and said I could use it any any GM dealership however I'm finding out this is not true and after scheduling customers. GM sold me a warranty package and said I could use it any any GM dealership however I'm finding out this is not true and after scheduling an appointment, showing up, waiting a little while for them to make calls, I was told I would have to pay so I left. I called Van at Southtowne, asked when I could get an appointment, explained what had happened, and he said come on in and he worked me into the schedule. Can't get any better than that! More
