I had a bad experience with the Buick in morrow, Ga. in 2017, at the time in 2017 my daughter took my Buick Verano for a oil change and was treated with excellence. the back seat of the Verano was too small for my operated knee, Southtowne worked with me and i was able to get my lacrosse and i am happy with it. Thank you the very good service you do on my car. Thank you Jason for the service with a smile, and i want to take this opportunity to thank Mr, Ross Abeles, he really help me with the sale of my Lacrosse. Great local service The service team at Southtowne was great. We brought out Buick in and the service was completely covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. They were friendly and kept me up-to-date on the progress or repairs. The big problem we had was with the striking GM workers. Because of this, what should have only taken a day or two service, actually took two weeks because the dealer couldn't get parts in due to the striking GM workers. More
