Arrogant advisers in service department Second experience with service department. First time, a scheduled (appointment) oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Second time, concerns with Second experience with service department. First time, a scheduled (appointment) oil change took 2 hours and 10 minutes. Second time, concerns with 4 wheel drive (and another oil change, but I left it overnight as I do have a day job!). Adviser wrote incorrect information (stated something was in owners manual when it was was not) and discarded written information from GM on actual operation - just arrogant, knows better without actual facts. Urgent Battery Replacement jan 23,2020 Jan 22, happens to be my birthday & enjoyed a great birthday lunch with family !
