Paid my bill, I was sitting in my Truck reviewing my bill while my Truck A/C was cooling down. The lot driver parked another Truck directly in front of me blocking my exit, I had tooted the horn and all he d while my Truck A/C was cooling down. I went back inside to get somebody to move the Truck so I could leave. More
