As a consumer, we are oftentimes so apprehensive to do more business with a business that did not meet our needs when given an initial opportunity, and I was one of those types of consumers. But, because of my recent experience with Southtowne, I can say that I was and continue to be extremely impressed with their dedication to each individual car buyer. Moreover, the Southtowne team began by listening too and responding appropriately to my previous experience at their dealership, and how it created an immediate dislike for their sales practices. But like Jesus, who requires that we forgive, I forgave and allowed them to correct their mistake, and I have to say that they went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I received the deal that was beneficial for all parties. I am extremely thankful for the Lauren Foster, Mr. Lyman, Mr. Frizzell and the recently installed new sales car manager, they worked cohesively together to create a deal that was fair, and when it was not the returned to the drawing board and recreated until it was appropriate. Moreover, I was extremely pleased with the care and consideration offered to my children as we sat at waited in the dealership for eight or more hours. The dealership provided food and comfort as the process was being developed and finalized.
