worst service I have had ever I had two experiences with this dealership - both completely dissapointing ! 1. they were not able (within 1.5hrs) to locate my fusebox to exchange I had two experiences with this dealership - both completely dissapointing ! 1. they were not able (within 1.5hrs) to locate my fusebox to exchange a fuse but rather gave me a technical drawing with the supposed location of the fusebox in orde for me to find it and replace it myself. 2. GM recall for ignition issue: called in 30 minutes ahead - was told will be next in line - get there and was told waiting time is 2-3 hrs - wasted 1 hour to drive there and get back. Asked customer service to get vehicle for test drive instead to bridge waiting time - no interest in servicing me as a customer. These guys will not touch my car again, the service was embarassing and this is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever been - would highly recommend to go to a different dealership such as Ivory Chevrolet in Union City! More
