My wife and I was indecisive between the GMC Yucon XL Denali and the Cadillac ESV Luxury model. Jack Riddle was no joke when it came to his expertise on the vehicles. We decided to go with the Denali and after a few days later we called Jack up to run the numbers on the ESV. Me and the Mrs. , popped in to test drive both vehicles while Jack was enjoying his day off. We was assisted by his colleague Charles whom I must say didn't mind at all helping us out. Both gentlemen were very patient, professional and very knowledgable. Great Service at Southtowne I went in recently to have normal oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I called the service adviser and he told me to bring it on in. They are always busy so I don't expect them to put me first if someone was there before so I allow for time when I take my cars in. Southtowne service has always met my expectations.
