SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY Last time I was at the dealer they tried to sell me a cabin air filter. the original charge was going to be $800. but we're going to give me a deal ba Last time I was at the dealer they tried to sell me a cabin air filter. the original charge was going to be $800. but we're going to give me a deal based on reducing the time to under 4 hours to clean the area. I then was directed to the mechanic and he proceeded to tell me that his father almost died because he was diseased by the lack of cleaning his vehicle. I left the dealership had my son get a cabin air filter and he did the complete job and cleaned out the entire area with a vacuum cleaner and new filter in less than 15 minutes. Talk about a terrible experience. OMG! this last time I thought I would give them another chance. This time my wife was having occasional issues with her A/C not getting cold enough. When the dealer was finally contacted 3x, I was told that the low-pressure hose needed to be replaced AND THAT IT WOULD COST $800. Does that seem to be a magical number??? I have purchased 5 vehicles through Southtowne previously and will never do that again! More

Very professional and organized during a national crisis Paul Hardegree was my service advisor. I took my GMC canyon in to have a service and a recall completed. Although I was late by one hour getting to th Paul Hardegree was my service advisor. I took my GMC canyon in to have a service and a recall completed. Although I was late by one hour getting to the dealership, I was immediately serviced in and out in 45 minutes. The overall attitude of Paul was nothing but serious and professional.
