Paid my bill, I was sitting in my Truck reviewing my bill while my Truck A/C was cooling down. The lot driver parked another Truck directly in front of me blocking my exit, I had tooted the horn and all he d while my Truck A/C was cooling down. We live 50 miles from the dealership so I called and asked if they still had a specific used car in stock and available and was told they did and set up with an appointment to meet with them. We arrived asked if they still had a specific used car in stock and available and was told they did and set up with an appointment to meet with them. We arrived and they did have the car but they could not locate the keys. After searching for approximately 45 mins, I suggested they get the VIN number and go the Honda dealer to have a key made while we went and got some lunch, giving them a chance to rectify the situation. Let me say at this point that I do not blame Elisha. She did mention the keys had been missing for 2 days. As we were leaving the restaurant to head back to the dealership, they called and said they would have to tow the vehicle to the other dealership because Honda wouldn’t cut a key unless the vehicle was on their lot. They then suggested they could put us in a more expensive car instead. I stated we had come up to check out this specific car and really wanted to test drive it. I was told, “Well...that’s not happening today, but you can always come back Monday.” After driving back home, they called saying they had found the key. More
