Helping my mother buy a new car My mother, who is 83, really wanted a new car and loved the Encore. We stopped by to look and walked out with a beautiful little car. William, provided update information on progress as well as upon completion reviewed invoice with me. would not "LET" anyone else but trained SouthTowrne" tech`s perform service on my 2010 SRX ! as side note, would be an oversight not to mention Britni Chess who has assisted me with very helpful information, is definitely an asset for SouthTowne & advocate for the customer ! More

I had a pleasant experience at The Southtowne Service Department. Tim was very courteous and respectful. He kept me informed as to what was going on with my Buick Encore every step in the process.
