I showed my coupon, he ran my vin # for recalls he took my keys and I was ready to go. The shuttle driver took me back to work within minutes. Ray text me when my vehicle was done. He sent the shuttle driver within minutes. This is one of the fastest oil changes I have had in 4 years. Very professional and courteous. On point. I even had a little time to buy a new call while I was there. This is my fourth KIA. More
