I had an appointment to bring my car in for a safety recall. I was greeted up on arrival. My appointment was pretty much on time. I was told approximately how long the service would take. A person who is a true problem solver who quickly and immediately provides exceptional service. We had a major engine issue with our 2017 Kia Sorento LX 2.4 Liter automobile, and didn’t really know what to do. Whenever I called her, she immediately looked into things, and got back to me with solutions, in a very timely manner. We must have spoken and/or texted each other, a dozen different times, over the course of a couple of weeks. She took care of everything including the car rental, scheduling for repairs, etc with the help of her other co-workers/teammates Robbie and Carisa. Together they all get an AAA+ from me and my wife Tina. I would really like to encourage other Kia Service Advisors and workers, to be more like them and work as a team. The reality is that many people like me, really do appreciate the hard work, they put in! More
