I would give zero stars, if that was an option. My husband brought his 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 in for scheduled maintenance yesterday. Should have been a simple oil change. The oil change took 3.5 hours, husband brought his 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 in for scheduled maintenance yesterday. Should have been a simple oil change. The oil change took 3.5 hours, even though he had a scheduled appointment. When he went to the garage later in the day, he found the oil had leaked out of the vehicle. We have tried to contact the dealer, but since it’s not during service hours, they are refusing to help. If I made an error like that, which could have blown the whole engine, I would be working to correct it right away. They clearly do not value their customers. When this issue is resolved, they have lost a customer, and we will do all we can to ensure others do not have their vehicles ruined by this dealer. More
