I was preparing to purchase a new vehicle prior to moving down to Florida from Delaware. I searched the web and found South Side Kia in Jacksonville. I called South Side and spoke to a lovely gentlemen named Moe. He said that he was in charge of the internet department and he could assist me 1000 miles away in purchasing my Kia Sportage. Moe walked me through every step and even overnighted the final paperwork for delivery. One week later I arrived in Jacksonville in a rental car. The Finance Director actually picked me up from Avis car rental in my new Sportage. Talk about customer service... I will forever purchase all my vehicle from South Side Kia as it has turned out to be the most pleasant car buying experience of my life.
