At Southside Kia the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ben was extremely knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot. They were able to get me the price I wanted while at the same time getting helpful. Ben was extremely knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot. And to top it off, I was having a super busy day and after I picked my vehicle, I left for an appointment. Came back about an hour later, and in 20 minutes I was driving off in my new car! I bought a kia rio 5door and it is amazing. After looking for a month for a good car to buy, this dealership had the right car for the right price. The process was smooth without any complications. Chris helped me get a car when no one else could!!!! due to credit issues... and it was a NEW Kia... I was so impressed I went back and got a 2nd Kia my Optima which I love. All the Staff especially Jeff to credit issues... and it was a NEW Kia... I was so impressed I went back and got a 2nd Kia my Optima which I love. All the Staff especially Jeff kates the Genral Sales manager is great... Love you Jeff!! Moe internet internet maanger was a great guy and a help a really nice man...Jerry in Finance is one of the best in the business truly! and of course I am indebted to Chris who is an amazing salesman one of the most successful in Jacksonville for 25 years or more..thanks Chris for your help and friendship! One thing that bothered me however was a manager named "Joe" I think, was rude and angry at a salesman while they were making a sale.... to act out like that in the showroom in front of us was not appropriate!That withstanding they are a great group and I would go there again!!! and you should too! aniceguy More

I traded in my old Jeep klunker and got a great deal from Southside Kia on a brand new Kia Optima. The sales staff was extremely friendly and made the process easier then I could of imagined on buying my fir Southside Kia on a brand new Kia Optima. Chris Pinard was an outstanding salesman, he completely sold me on every detail of the car. All it took was one test drive and I knew the Optima was the car for me. I purchased the Kia Forte. The gas mileage is fantastic, I really enjoy the comfort and space in the Forte. I would highly recommend southside Kia. Service and product are unbeatable.
