Fantastic customer service, everyone extremely helpful and friendly, in the blink of an eye you get what you ask for, took my car in for oil change took less time than they said, which was a huge surprise and friendly, in the blink of an eye you get what you ask for, took my car in for oil change took less time than they said, which was a huge surprise,from past experiences at other places, they also checked the air pressure in tires,all the while I am relaxed enjoying a cup of coffee, Josh was great and seemed like an old friend. They were able to get me a good interest rate at the payment I wanted. Clyde is great, down to earth guy who was up front with what I could and could not afford. He even took time out of his day to take the paperwork to my house so my wife could sign the documents without her having to bring all the kids into the dealership. We were going to leave and drive to the other side of town because they did not have the color and model of Kia Soul I wanted. Josh stopped us and offered to go and get the car we wanted and bring it to town because they did not have the color and model of Kia Soul I wanted.
