I was very pleased with the service I received on my vehicle on my most recent trip. It was the 4th time taking one of my two kia's in for service and it was for a very concerning issue. Without hesitation they found out it was something that could be covered by warranty, and took care of it without wasting any time. I was expecting it may be a major issue I would have to pay for but they took care of it. It was a damaged wheel bearing causing lots of noise and now my car is running smooth again. More

I had a terrible experience buying my last car so I was nervous and dreading going to a dealer again. I researched the type of cars I wanted to look at,a Kia being one. When I called and made an appointmen nervous and dreading going to a dealer again. I researched the type of cars I wanted to look at,a Kia being one. When I called and made an appointment, I wanted to make sure I could even buy a car with my credit which has suffered in past few years with the downturn. Chris was very comforting that I would be able to buy a car despite my situation. Zach was my salesman and spent 4 hours with me as I tested used cars, fancy expensive cars (just for the fun of it!) and then reminded me what my needs were when I walked in....to not spend more than I could afford. Thank you Zach!! I settled on a gorgeous Rio that has just enough bells and whistles for me. The process was so much smoother than I had been through in the past. It was fast and easy. When I finally got to the 'signing the papers' in the closed door room (the scary part where all the friendliness is over)... the nicest person (Jerry) had me sign a few papers in 10 minutes and I left thoroughly enjoying the whole process. Jerry answered questions I needed answers to for a long time. I am in love with my new Rio. I look forward to going back to Southside Kia for service and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. The car buying process felt personal and unpressured. Thank you! More

Mason, at Southside Kia restored my faith in salesmen, he made my experience very smooth; he is the reason I was sold on purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul. He was very straight forward in his approach. I made it known what I was willing to pay each month and he made it happen. The best part about the experience is nothing changed from the time I set down at Mason’s desk to discuss what I was will to pay each month, until the time I walked out of the finance room. Usually once I get into the finance room the price that was quoted on the floor has now increases tremendously, or get kicks out all together. Then I am stuck with having to make a decision to either purchase the car at the higher price or walk out on the deal. Thanks Mason; you made it happen for me. More
AFTER THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WHEN PURCHASING MY VERY FIRST VEHICLE, I NEVER WANTED TO SHOP FOR ANOTHER CAR AGAIN. I MUST HAVE STOPPED AT TWO OR MORE DOZEN PLACES TO FINALLY END UP BEING PUT INTO SOMETHING THA VEHICLE, I NEVER WANTED TO SHOP FOR ANOTHER CAR AGAIN. I MUST HAVE STOPPED AT TWO OR MORE DOZEN PLACES TO FINALLY END UP BEING PUT INTO SOMETHING THAT WAS ULTIMATELY DISPLEASING. WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE IN AN ACCIDENT WHICH TOTALED MY FIRST CAR, I HATED THE IDEA OF HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO BUY ANOTHER. I MET BOTH JOE AND COOKY THROUGH MY PLACE OF WORK, WHERE THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN TO SOUTHSIDE KIA AND SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR ME. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A LONG SALES PITCH OR TRY TO PUT ME IN A CAR I COULDN'T AFFORD. THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME SET AN APPOINTMENT OR PUSH ME TO COME IN EVERY TIME THEY SAW ME. ONE AFTERNOON, MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO GO TO SOUTHSIDE KIA JUST TO SEE OUT OF CURIOSITY IF THEY COULD HELP US OUT. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR TO THIS VERY DAY, THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT MAKE US FEEL LIKE WE ARE A PART OF THEIR FAMILY. FROM THE PAPERWORK FILED, WHICH WAS EVER SO KINDLY EXPLAINED TO US, TO THE BEVERAGES OFFERED AND THEN THE FEARFUL FEW MOMENTS IN WHICH MY HUSBAND AND I LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND HUNG OUR HEADS; SAYING TO OURSELVES THAT WE KNEW THERE WASN'T GOING TO BE ANYTHING THEY COULD DO FOR US. A SMILING COOKY COMES BACK TO THE TABLE IN WHICH WE SAT IN SHAME, HOLDING KEYS. SHE TELLS US SHE HAS VEHICLES ON THE LOT FOR US TO LOOK AT. IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE. WE COULD BARELY CONTAIN OURSELVES. OF COURSE WE LOOKED A COUPLE OF VEHICLES IN WHICH WE DIDN'T FEEL SUITED US JUST RIGHT, BUT THEN "BIG KAHUNA", JOE COMES UP TO US AND SAYS TO ME, "WHY DON'T YOU TAKE THIS ONE FOR A SPIN?" I LOOKED OUT TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND SAW THE VEHICLE OF MY DREAMS. IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME IN EVERY WAY. 2009 WHITE NISSAN ROGUE...WHAT A BEAUTY. I CAN'T THANK THE TEAM AT SOUTHSIDE KIA ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE. TO THINK THAT THEY ACTUALLY MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE ON A DAILY BASIS. TRULY THE BEST! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. THANK YOU GUYS! More
