I decided to use Kia because it was the only dealership that showed TRUE interest in what I wanted as a buyer. Adis and Joe were both FANTASTIC! I will definitely be using this specific dealership again. I'd like to add that it REALLY appealed to me that Adis took the time on his day off to be available to help us find a car when he could have chosen differently. I think that speaks to his character as a salesperson and it made my boyfriend and I feel like our experience was important. Joe was also fantastic. He made sure I understand the different scenarios with every car I was considering and really showed an interest in helping me resolve my personal credit and finances. He made me feel comfortable with my choice in a car and payment plan and he also made me feel confident. I've never had this experience before in the sales world and will remember it. Bought my 2013 Kia Soul in November from Cooky and between her & Finance this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Amanda told me they didn't have a new tire in stock but they called another dealer and got it and had me back on the road on Saturday where as if a tire would have been ordered it would have been Monday. Great Service personnel all around and sales, I love my 2013 Kia Soul whom I have lovingly named ZIPPY as we zip around wherever we go. This is also the 4th Kia that I have owned.
