Chris Pinard was our Salesman. He was very friendly and was great at keeping our keeps distracted as they started to grow impatient with us. It was clear that he was interested in honestly making us a good deal with a car that had only what we wanted on it. I would definitely work with him again. I was advised by phone that we were at the total price I wanted to be at with nothing down. I went to the dealership and signed a credit application based on that information. They then ran a credit check wanted to be at with nothing down. I went to the dealership and signed a credit application based on that information. They then ran a credit check and I qualified for the 0% APR and then they presented me a completely different price on the car with $4000 down payment. I asked for the key to my vehicle and left the dealer, the manager arguing with me the whole time. I advised him I had nothing to prove and I was leaving as this was not the agreed upon price. I have advised the dealership via email that any further contact with me will be considered harassment and formal complaints are forthcoming. I should be picking up my new vehicle today from a competing dealer. More

We purchased a Kia Rio for our daughter and the experience we had with Cooky as well as the rest of the staff was amazing. The service at Southside Kia is excellent!! As soon as I arrived with my father they knew him from previously purchasing 2 cars. They showed me exactly what vehicle I was looking for and let me test drive arrived with my father they knew him from previously purchasing 2 cars.
