Worst experience ever! I was called a lair by Chuck Golden. I was intimidated in the office by Chuck and Rick to make me sign a second contract which I had signed one already for a purchase of a new Ki Golden. I was intimidated in the office by Chuck and Rick to make me sign a second contract which I had signed one already for a purchase of a new Kia 2014. After 10 days of signing the contract of my new car I was told that the pay off of my Kia 2012 that I was trading in (wich i bought it new in that same dealership) had a different pay off, in the amount of $1391.70 difference. They told me how I needed to come up with this money because is was not going to come out of their pockets (Chuck's and Rick's). Chuck called me lair and walked out the office. They took advantage of my ignorance in that matter. I called Chris the day after to let him know how bad my experience was and his answer was "just come over and I'll fill up the tank with gas". Chris was more concerning in selling insurance car than doing his job. Shouldn't they supposed to check the numbers before I leave the dealership, isn't their job and not mine to have the right information before they close a deal? They were totally irresponsible and unprofessional. More
Bill was very friendly and prompt for arrival and pick-up. He was well aware of the most direct routes and got me to work quickly and back to my vehicle later very easily and before rush hour. My purchasing experience was by far the easiest and friendliest experience. From the moment I stepped on to the lot the salesman did everything to help my decision making process easier. Staff was very understanding for the purpose of my visit to trade for lower owner cost compared to my current car. The friendly staff listened to my desire to learn more about the Soul. The entire team educated me on the benefits of owning the Soul and worked to make the "numbers" work to achieve my goal of lowering owner cost. The car was immaculately prepared and the infotainment system set up for my use. The overall experience was great. I got the Soul with the options I wanted and at the cost I targeted. The car is a head turner and I will return for scheduled maintenance. I will recommend this dealership and staff. More
