Southside KIA Service Dep I purchased my KIA Forte in 2012 and have been using their service department ever since. They have always been very attentive and helpful. As always, they also did a complete check of my car and discovered my battery was very low and my tires were in bad shape. My Service Advisor, Kenneth Lewis, explained everything to me and gave me my options as to how long it would be before replacement was required. I opted to go ahead and replace them both. It was handled quickly and efficiently. I tell everyone that I will never use another dealership! More

Long wait times!!! I called a week ahead to schedule an appt. I got an appt, then had to wait a extra 2 hours longer than I was told!!! This happened twice"!! That is unless you have nothing to do on Saturday!!! I was told that the scheduling is done by an 3rd party company, however when I made the second appt Andrea was the one that scheduled my appt at the dealership because I made the appt with her before I left for the next Saturday!!!
