However, when negotiating with the sales staff the internet sales manager promised us some gifts We just bought a new 2018 Kia Sedona which we love. However, when negotiating with the sales staff the internet sales manager promised us some gifts as part of the deal. When we came in, the staff seemed surprised by this and they ended up giving us four $5 gift cards to Wal Mart. $5 gift cards for a $30,000 purchase?!?!? Then after being told the transaction would be quick because our credit had already been approved, it took over three hours to get going. Not to mention that the van was not as clean as our salesperson Glen had expected. He offered to have us stay another 20 minutes after they had three hours to have it ready since they knew we were coming and when. We liked out salesperson Glen but felt that the dealership really didn't live up to their promises nor did they make us feel like we were important to them. More

It was a nice quick in an out visit I was in for a recall. All went smooth. In and out pretty quick for a Saturday morning.
