Southside Kia is way out of the way from both where I work and live. However, I will make that longer driving distance to receive the customer service any day. After being treated terribly at Kia of OP I will never go anywhere else! Carisa Soto is an amazing service advisor. She listens to everything you tell her about the issues you’re having and actually write them down and genuinely seems to care about helping you. I would recommend her to anyone! More

Took my car in for a warranty issue and I was very impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center. I enjoyed the text message updates that also included my invoice, I haven’t gotten that at a impressed by the people at Southside Kia service center.
