This dealership took advantage of a 18year old who has worked diligently to get her credit where she wanted it to be in order to purchase her vehicle She purchased a 2022 Kia k5 on May 15 and here it is worked diligently to get her credit where she wanted it to be in order to purchase her vehicle She purchased a 2022 Kia k5 on May 15 and here it is May 31 and the car is shaking We believe it needs an alignment She took the car back on May28 they told her she would have to pay a diagnostic fee and pay for whatever repairs has to be done This is ridiculous This dealership sold a vehicle that was not ready for purchase the car was not even on the lot yet They got it from the back after speaking with her about what she was looking for She is young and not knowledgeable of what to look for and they took advantage of that It’s a horrible experience And I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership More

I also observed his kindness and attentiveness with other customers as I waited on my vehicle. Although yes they were busy that day, he was patient with others and took the time to keep other customers updated on the progress of their car and wait time. More

Once in a while you meet someone like Ashley Dykstra, a Kia Service Advisor at Southside Kia in Jacksonville, FL who’s genuinely warm, friendly, and happy, working a sometimes thankless stressful job. A p Kia Service Advisor at Southside Kia in Jacksonville, FL who’s genuinely warm, friendly, and happy, working a sometimes thankless stressful job. A person who is a true problem solver who quickly and immediately provides exceptional service. We had a major engine issue with our 2017 Kia Sorento LX 2.4 Liter automobile, and didn’t really know what to do. Whenever I called her, she immediately looked into things, and got back to me with solutions, in a very timely manner. We must have spoken and/or texted each other, a dozen different times, over the course of a couple of weeks. She took care of everything including the car rental, scheduling for repairs, etc with the help of her other co-workers/teammates Robbie and Carisa. Together they all get an AAA+ from me and my wife Tina. I would really like to encourage other Kia Service Advisors and workers, to be more like them and work as a team. The reality is that many people like me, really do appreciate the hard work, they put in! More

My daughter and I drove her Kia Soul down to Jacksonville from Athens to see family for Easter. Her brakes were making a terrible grinding noise. On the way down, I called Southside Kia and spoke with Sheldo from Athens to see family for Easter. Her brakes were making a terrible grinding noise. On the way down, I called Southside Kia and spoke with Sheldon Smith, who said I could bring the car in Saturday morning and they would have it ready for me by close at 5. The car needed brake pads, front rotors and several other things, but it was ready for us, and at a fair price! My daughter was able to drive back to college safely on Sunday. Thank you for having compassion and working to help us make sure our daughter was safe. You made our emergency your emergency, and we really appreciate it! Thank you, Sheldon! More
