Firas also provided a great deal of advice after the sale. Kristen Trainer in the finance department was also extremely pleasant and really knows her job, making the whole process smooth and efficient. I also have to mention that bringing the car in for service was, by far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Every single person I dealt with in Service were extremely pleasant and treated me like royalty, even when I came for my first oil change, which was FREE! Stay away! Had external mirror issue. Bo charged me $216 to "diagnose the problem", fully well knowing whatever it was inside the mirror couldn't be replaced & Had external mirror issue. Bo charged me $216 to "diagnose the problem", fully well knowing whatever it was inside the mirror couldn't be replaced & they never even looked inside the mirror. After telling me the mirror was a sealed unit and nothing could be repaired he offered me a new mirror for $1,172! I passed. Another KIA dealership said a new mirror from them installed & painted would be $680. They also said there was no reason to "diagnose it" because the grinding sound was a worn gear, they didn't need to do any work to figure that out, and it couldn't be replaced anyway. They said I was ripped off on both the diagnosis and the mirror price. I brought this to the attention of Southside Kia's general manager (Joseph) but I never heard from him. More
