I didn’t know an oil change takes 3- 4 hours now that’s about the only down fall especially if it’s around lunch time or coming after lunch appointments. Get in early if you can. More

You're a 'newbie' in the business world so don't forget to smile, Sheldon, because it will compliment your excellent level of service and helps hide whatever anxiety you may be dealing with while you're busy 'learning the ropes.' My only other comment has to do with the outward appearance of the facility. Honestly, I was very surprised to see large weeds and trash in the landscape bed by the main doors leading into the showroom. There was also small pieces of trash and leaves along the wall and walkway leading to the doorway into the service department. Outwardly, it was the most unkept new car dealership I've ever walked up to. Thankfully for you, that's a quick fix. Otherwise I thought you guys were firing on all cylinders! More
I recently purchased a lightly used 2021 Mazda Cx 9 from the dealer. During our test drive, I expressed some concerns to the salesman the brakes felt a bit worn and was assured they were up to current stand the dealer. A week after the purchase, the car was taken to Mazda dealership for an evaluation and I was informed the front brakes were in fact a 3/10. I immediately contacted the salesman, Masoud, who was very helpful and advised me to immediately bring the vehicle back as this was a safety concern. Upon returning, the head of parts, Rhanea, insinuated we had worn down the breaks during our week long ownership. Sadly, it’s been over 2 weeks and despite assurances from one of the managers, Miguel, nothing has yet to be done. I can’t comment on the experience of buying a new car, but I would be extra careful buying a used car from this dealership. Ultimately we’ll repair the breaks our self. Unfortunately, the dealership chose to save a few hundred dollars when they could have had us as repeat customers. Very shortsighted. More
I had to take my 2013 Kia in for service to address a factory recall item. I called the service department and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the process was extremely smooth. A service technician checked in my car and I was introduced to a Service Counselor, Mr. Sheldon Smith. Mr. Smith kept me informed of the process while the necessary work was performed. The work was completed in a very short time while I waited in the customer waiting area. My car was brought to the service counter when the work was completed. Mr. Smith even had my car washed for me. I was extremely happy with the work performed and the professionalism of Mr. Smith and all of the Kia service staff with whom I met. More
