I was told after I arrived for my appointment and after they took my car away to the back that there we’re not enough staff people available that day to do the test my car needed — so my rep told me they’d they took my car away to the back that there we’re not enough staff people available that day to do the test my car needed — so my rep told me they’d test for something else instead to see if that was the problem, even though we both agreed that wasn’t the problem — so I had to wait for hours to pick my car up to have a test done that we agreed it didn’t need. I am dissatisfied with the first receptionist I met on Tuesday, June 27 when I dropped off my car. His customer service was unprofessional and refused to honor the confirmed appointment which was for 7:30 Tuesday, June 27 when I dropped off my car. His customer service was unprofessional and refused to honor the confirmed appointment which was for 7:30am on Wednesday, June 28. He said he will never touch my car until Thursday, June 30. After I dropped my car off, I spoke to Daniel on the phone. He was very nice and helped me to complete the recall items and other repairs yesterday and I took over my car yesterday around 2pm despite the first person who was arrogant and unhelpful. Another receptionist woman was also rude when I first parked my car by her side. She told me to stay in my car in a bad manner. I have never been mistreated in this dealership like this one. More
