We dropped our Honda Pilot off for service and 3 recalls. Charles Melella was our service representative and he was very courteous and professional. I'm getting bad right now because I purchased a prepaid service contact with me new 2023 Honda CRV which was to cover regular maintenance. Now on my first service visit I still spent over $300 on rotation service contact with me new 2023 Honda CRV which was to cover regular maintenance. Now on my first service visit I still spent over $300 on rotation and balancing my tires, which is a normal part of service in cars, but is not covered by the service agreement I was sold. So even though I have been happy with your service in the past, this leaves a real bad taste in my mouth, as I was led to believe I was prepaying for the expected service I've got my CRV. That took away a lot of my sense of being prepared. More

Joe was so very helpful. My car was supposed to be ready a certain day but wasn’t until 5 days later. He was able to get me a loaner and I was very appreciative.
