I understand that coincidences happen, but there's no reason for me to take chances with your shop again. I don't mind paying extra for the service that I normally expect from the dealer, but I'm probably not getting that here. You might explain to your technician that the bull in a China shop approach can break older components. You won't be seeing me again, despite the fact that I've already paid for two more oil changes at your garage. More importantly, I won't be buying another car from your organization. Please forward this to your management team. More
