Save your time and look elsewhere for a used vehicle. I inquired about 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. I explained to the salesperson Charlena or Charlie that I was 3 hours away and wanted to have a deal done before traveling so I could knock everything out in one trip. I asked the salesperson to be very specific and I wanted to know about every blemish or issue. I was assured the Pacifica was in great condition with no cosmetic or mechanical issues. We negotiated and agreed on a price. My wife and I traveled 3 hours to purchase with check in hand. When we arrived I began looking over the van and noticed some blemishes, minor scratches/paint chips I wasn’t too concerned as I know it’s used and those things will be there to a certain extent. The inside was dirty, which was confusing as I was told it just got detailed. The sun shades were missing clips to hold them up but the biggest issue was that the hood was rusted and they attempted to hide it by touching it up. When I pointed it out I was basically told if I wasn’t buying it they didn’t care bc someone else wanted it. I walked but voiced my concern that I hoped they would disclose it to a buyer. I was never apologized to for wasting 6 hours round trip of my time, the manager refused to speak to me. STAY AWAY! More
Had a used truck on their website for sale, emailed and text them and scheduled a time to view the truck. After driving 50 minutes and test driving the truck they raised the price of the truck $2500. My salesman Chance Deal was awesome and very accommodating as was the GM. charged me $589 to make a defective key (trying to get my money back) and to tell me 1 wheel pressure sensor is out. Wanted another $400 to fix the sensor. Southpoint Honda illegally took my money by getting a minor to sign additional work without consulting me. I booked an oil change and multi-point inspection via online system. On day of service I was not able to go, instead I sent my son who is driving minor to service the car. He returned home about an hour later and in afternoon I got a text about further approval of optional services. I called and service rep informed me they got consent from my minor child when he dropped the car to perform almost $700 of service they recommended. Some of these were due, but some I had already performed in other auto repair locations. I challenged him how come they didn't call me for these additional services, instead they used a minor to sign a document which is illegal and invalid. My minor son who does not know anything about the car service history, or how dealers push recommended services would have signed anything they would have put in front of him. I ended up with services and expenses that were unnecessary. I have taken my Honda to the dealer for maintenance and service for the 10+ years I have owned it, but the way this whole situation was handled left me a bad taste. That day the dealer made some extra money, but lost a long time customer. More
Because of demand & supply situation they are adding dealer options (without the consent of customers) that cost $300 in the market , priced at $2900. Not going there ever . For all customers - make sure you do your research on all these add ons and illegal fees that are slapped on top of MSRP. Otherwise you’ll get ripped off. More
