The AC worked great for more than a decade, and then started leaking coolant when your technician replaced the alternator. I understand that coincidences happen, but there's no reason for me to take chances with your shop again. I don't mind paying extra for the service that I normally expect from the dealer, but I'm probably not getting that here. You might explain to your technician that the bull in a China shop approach can break older components. You won't be seeing me again, despite the fact that I've already paid for two more oil changes at your garage. More importantly, I won't be buying another car from your organization. Please forward this to your management team. More

I'm getting bad right now because I purchased a prepaid service contact with me new 2023 Honda CRV which was to cover regular maintenance. Now on my first service visit I still spent over $300 on rotation service contact with me new 2023 Honda CRV which was to cover regular maintenance. Now on my first service visit I still spent over $300 on rotation and balancing my tires, which is a normal part of service in cars, but is not covered by the service agreement I was sold. So even though I have been happy with your service in the past, this leaves a real bad taste in my mouth, as I was led to believe I was prepaying for the expected service I've got my CRV. That took away a lot of my sense of being prepared. More
