Unlike so many of the dealerships I visited or contacted, Southpoint provided a uniquely humane experience car-buying experience. There was a glitch or something in the system regarding with our financing application, which resulted in us spending an extra hour or so in the dealership, but overall it was as pleasant an experience as one can have buying a new vehicle.
