UPDATE: I've been in contact with the general manager, which he had checks cut and mailed right away for the NANOCURE and AFTER MARKET(S) issues. The SERVICE CONTRACT check was received, it just was not e which he had checks cut and mailed right away for the NANOCURE and AFTER MARKET(S) issues. The SERVICE CONTRACT check was received, it just was not evident as the bank combined it with another payment from us from what I can tell. I'll be working with the GM for any other minor issues that may be outstanding, but I greatly appreciate his response; and really he's been the only one that has followed through unfortunately. ---------------- If you happen upon this review and you're looking for a vehicle, I'd recommend you take your business elsewhere to a dealership that values their customers and provides professionalism beyond "hi" and "hello". We financed a used 2022 Tesla Model Y from this dealership on July 11th, 2023, but they have been either ignoring or neglecting my attempts to reach them. I've reached out via email and phone to the employees that were involved, called their main lines, left voicemails, and even sent a general contact request; but they've been consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. The issues stem from the numerous hours my family spent there while waiting purchase of the car due to them being "short staffed", which left us somewhat rushed when it came down to the time to sign. The first issue we are facing is the "NANOCURE" for $1324, which the sales person stated was listed as a line item purely for them and that it was actually included in the vehicle cost already, but it ended up being something they charged us for separately. We asked for clarification on the "NANOCURE" during pre-sale and was assured that we weren't going to be charged extra for that, that it was included in the vehicle price. The other issue is in regards to being repeatedly pushed about getting the "AFTER MARKET(S)" extended warranty for $1499 and the "SERVICE CONTRACT" for $4988, even after repeatedly telling the finance associate NO multiple times. In an effort to finish and leave, we asked if we could cancel both the extended warranty and service contract any time without issues, to which she replied "Yes" and that it wouldn't be a problem according to her, just "give them a call." We were not given any documents for the extended warranty nor service contract. We finally got a cancellation form for "Total Warranty Services" which we submitted on July 27th, 2023 and was told to wait 30 days, but no refund was received. Lastly, only one keycard was given, yet the documents stated that two would be included. While these are not expensive ($35), I'd appreciate that they honor their agreement. More
