Service Failed to Identify Bad Battery 2014 Nissan Versa under warranty. Would not start. Service manager told me there was no issue including no issue with battery. Told me it was my fa 2014 Nissan Versa under warranty. Would not start. Service manager told me there was no issue including no issue with battery. Told me it was my fault that I must have left the lights on. Next day I was stranded and had to pay $200 for emergency battery replacement. Auto zone tested the battery for free and found it was bad. Auto Zone did a better service job than Southlake Nissan. To top it off the Nissan service manager Randy told me he would not reimburse for the emergency battery cost. They cost me 4 hours of aggravation and $200 for a car under warranty. My advice is take your vehicle anywhere else but not to Southlake Nissan. More

He always has a smile for his customers, and goes beyond what is expected. He has on many occasions made sure to fit me in (when I've called last minute) so that I could get my oil changed or sensor fixed even when he is booked. There is only one word for Randy: AWESOME!
